Introducing Rent-to-Earn, NFT Timeshare Ownership and STAY.

Since 2021, our portfolio has exploded to over 120 properties spread across Liverpool and Manchester. Our operations run, on average, at a 75% occupancy rate throughout the year. Have you ever wondered what happens to those empty nights in short-term rentals? They go to waste. Not on NFsTay; we are tokenizing those nights and giving them to our NFT holders! Say hello to the STAY token.
Once you become an NFT holder, you are now part of a very select group with some pretty amazing perks. Let's dive in:
Free STAY tokens to travel in the UK, for now, and eventually around the globe.
Not planning to travel? No worries, you can sell them to other travelers with a click on our liquidity pool.
No locking period. Sell your NFT ROCK on our own NFT Marketplace.
Voting rights (governance) on proposals to improve the protocol and future use cases within NFsTay's ecosystem.
More perks are coming soon! Our team is working hard behind the curtains to bring some fantastic new use cases, such as:
Our own Debit card: Collect Rewards, top up your card, and spend your money however you like.
Private Members Club: Gain access to amazing places in Liverpool, Manchester, and London.
Exclusive Airport Lounge Access.
Find out more on our roadmap.
Similar to a vacation club membership, an NFT-based Timeshare Ownership is a system in which owners receive a specific allowance (STAY Tokens) each year rather than a fixed/floating week for example. Owners then use their tokens to exchange for stays at a variety of properties or boats from NFsTay's portfolio.
The mint price for each ROCK is $500. Please note that 77 ROCKS were allocated to the DAO and 777 ROCKS were allocated to the Team.
The STAY token serves as the backbone of a rapidly growing ecosystem aimed at bringing liquidity and new use cases to the new NFsTay ecosystem. Further details are available under the Tokens & Mechanisms section.
