Please note: A 10% Sell/Buy tax is applicable when using our NFT Marketplace. The entirety of these fees is allocated to our Buyback & Burn Program, known as the Inicenator

The number of STAYS to be received is fixed. However, the dollar value and APR will vary and depend on the price of STAY.

But that's not all – we've also introduced an interactive calculator to empower our community further. This tool allows users to estimate the number of STAY tokens they could receive per year based on their NFT purchases. What's more, the calculator factors in the potential NFT's price and STAY price providing users with a clear understanding of their potential returns.
