Key Features:
KYC Verification Required:
Before participating in any investment, every user must complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This ensures compliance with financial regulations and secures the integrity of the platform. Once KYC is approved, users can proceed to invest and receive their property shares.
Platform Fee and $STAY Token Integration:
A 2.5% platform fee is charged on all purchases of property shares. This fee is automatically applied at the time of purchase.
100% of the platform fees are used to buy back and burn our utility token, $STAY, helping maintain its value and benefit the NFsTay ecosystem.
For example, if you invest $1,000 in property shares, a total of $1,025 will be charged.
Minimum Investment Requirement:
To ensure quality participation, the minimum investment amount per property is set at $1,000 (one thousand USD).
This allows us to maintain a high standard for property ownership and guarantees meaningful engagement in our projects.
Payment Options:
Users can pay for their shares via:
Fiat currency through our trusted payment partner, Wert.
Cryptocurrency payments, including USDC (USD Coin) and BNB (Binance Coin), offering flexibility for crypto investors.
After Purchase:
Once a user successfully purchases property shares, they will be able to view and manage their investments on the Portfolio page of their NFsTay account.
The Portfolio page provides a comprehensive overview of each property share owned, the associated rental income, and options for reinvesting or withdrawing profits.
NFsTay Secondary Marketplace
The NFsTay Secondary Marketplace allows users who have previously purchased shares in property investments to list and sell their shares when they wish to exit their investment. This platform provides flexibility for investors by enabling them to trade their shares at a price they set themselves. Here’s how the secondary marketplace operates:

Sell Your Shares:
Investors who have purchased property shares through the NFsTay platform can list their shares for sale on the secondary marketplace at any time.
Users can set their own price for the shares they wish to sell, giving them full control over the resale value of their investment.
Listing Options: When listing shares for sale, sellers can choose between two types of sales:
Perpetual Sale: The shares will remain on sale indefinitely until they are purchased by another investor. This provides flexibility for sellers who are not in a hurry to exit their investment.
Timed Sale: Sellers can choose to list their shares for a specific period of time. If the shares are not sold within this time frame, the sale will automatically close, allowing the seller to reassess their pricing or hold onto the shares.
Fees:
On the secondary marketplace, both the buyer and seller are charged a 1.25% fee for each transaction.
These fees are lower than those on the primary marketplace and are designed to encourage fluid trading of shares between users.

Primary Sale Completion Requirement
Before listing property shares on the NFsTay Secondary Marketplace, the primary sale for the property must be fully completed. This means that:
Secondary Listing Restriction:
Investors who purchase shares during the primary sale cannot list these shares for resale on the secondary marketplace until the property has been fully funded and the primary sale has officially concluded.
Rationale:
This ensures that the primary funding goal is met without disruption, maintaining the integrity of the investment process and safeguarding the interests of all partners involved in the property.
Notification:
Once the primary sale is completed, users will receive a notification indicating that their shares are eligible for listing on the secondary marketplace.
Encouraging Robust Primary Participation:
By prioritizing the completion of the primary sale, NFsTay ensures that properties are acquired without delays, and partners can begin earning rental income as soon as possible.
After Listing Shares:
Once a user lists their shares for sale, the listing will appear on the secondary marketplace for other investors to browse and purchase.
Sellers can manage and monitor their listings, and buyers will have access to the available shares, along with the option to purchase instantly.
