# Boost Returns

The **Boost Returns** feature allows investors to enhance their monthly returns by purchasing a **booster**, which supports the **$STAY token** ecosystem and ultimately burns $STAY tokens. By purchasing a booster, partners can increase their rental annual yield by an additional **24%**, adding significant value to their investments without the need for ongoing commitments like staking.

#### **How Boosting Works:**

After purchasing property shares, you already receive monthly returns. With the **Boost** feature, you can boost those returns by an additional **24%** for a period of **1 year**, ensuring higher rewards for your existing holdings.

#### **Key Rules and Benefits:**

1. **Boost Applies to Current Shares Only:**
   * The boost is **only applicable** to the shares you hold at the time of purchasing the booster.
   * For example, if you have **$1,000 worth of shares** and buy the booster, the enhanced returns will be based on that **$1,000 investment**. If you buy additional shares in the future, the booster **does not apply** to those extra shares.
2. **One-Time Booster Fee:**
   * The booster requires a **one-time fee** of **12%** of the total value of the shares you want to boost. For instance, boosting a **$1,000 investment** will cost you **$120**.
   * The fee is **not staked**, but is used to **buy back $STAY tokens**, contributing to reducing the token supply and driving long-term value for the ecosystem.
3. **Booster Validity:**
   * The booster is **valid for 1 year**, after which you would need to purchase another booster to continue enjoying the additional 5% returns.
4. **Additional 24% Rewards:**
   * The booster adds **24% extra rewards** to your regular returns, paid out in **$STAY tokens**.
   * The value of the **$STAY tokens** you receive will depend on the exchange rate at the time of claiming your rewards, offering flexibility in your returns.

#### **Managing Your Extra Rewards:**

After receiving your boosted returns in $STAY tokens, you can choose from a variety of options to manage your earnings:

1. **Convert to USDC:**\
   You can convert your **$STAY tokens** into **USDC**, a stablecoin tied to the US dollar, for more predictable and stable returns.
2. **Reinvest in Liquidity Pools:**\
   Alternatively, you can reinvest your $STAY rewards into our **liquidity pool** for **compounding rewards**, helping you grow your investment even further.
